Roll of the Dice

Process

When considering the purchase of an investment property, there are many questions…

  • Can I afford an investment property?
  • How much should I spend?
  • Where should I buy?
  • What should I buy?
  • Should I buy at all?
  • What happens if things change?

...and more

Too many investors embark upon property investment without first answering these fundamental questions. The mistaken belief that it is no more difficult than buying your own home can lead to poor investment decisions.

Capital Wealth works with clients to firstly answer these questions before any attempt is made to identify possible investments. We gather research about the East Coast capital city property markets from many different government and non-government sources so that we can speak with authority about market trends and opportunities.

We then conduct specific market research to identify prospective investments for each individual client before conducting physical inspections of short-listed properties. Our on-site inspections allow us not only to view the properties being considered but also enables us to gain a first hand understanding of the relevant area’s demographics along with its growth and rental potential.

We then prepare written recommendations so that our client has a full understanding of not only the properties being recommended but also the local market and the financial outcomes that can be anticipated.

We then provide assistance with the inspection of the recommended properties and facilitation of, and assistance with the entire purchasing process including arranging professional property management. Our ongoing support is also available to our clients at no additional charge.
